A few things worth knowing.
One separately purchased journey costs US$39.99 and includes 10,000 statute miles. There is no subscription, duration limit or expiry. A free account includes your profile, garage and access to retained completed records. Sales are not open yet.
An explicit US$19.99 purchase adds 10,000 statute miles to the same journey. There are no automatic charges or shared mileage pools. Unused miles do not transfer to a different journey. Applicable tax and the final total will be shown before payment.
No. A 100-mile plan uses zero mileage allowance before travel. Accepted actual recorded travel, including detours, counts toward usage. Editing future routes and suspended intervals do not add recorded miles. A confirmed late-start estimate is shown separately.
Before first activation, the native flow will show the estimated unrecorded origin-to-current segment, its method and its limits. You must explicitly confirm it. It is charged only once, is not presented as GPS-recorded travel, and is not added again on an ordinary resume. Native activation is not publicly released.
No automatic charge, completion or deletion occurs. Recording/recovery, retained history and exports remain available; new paid cloud work is paused. At 10,250 miles used, one top-up raises capacity to 20,000 and leaves 9,750 miles. A larger overage may need more than one top-up. The final native behavior must pass release validation.
Yes, the product model allows multiple separately purchased planning journeys. Only one journey may be active or suspended at a time. Another planning purchase does not displace the current journey. This purchase and execution workflow is not live yet.
No. A suspended journey remains the current journey until it resumes or is explicitly finalized/canceled through the supported workflow. Suspension is not an expiry and does not trigger a recurring charge.
Final completion makes a journey permanently read-only. It cannot resume or reopen. A future journey can start from a separately purchased copy of a plan, but recorded history and mileage capacity remain with the original.
No renewal or active purchase is needed to view or export retained completed records while your account and the service exist. Downloaded records remain usable independently. This does not promise perpetual hosting or ownership of third-party map/weather data.
The current stored-itinerary web export supports JSON, GPX, GeoJSON, PDF and ZIP. The full target archive adds an offline HTML report, revisions, mileage and recording manifests with separate estimates/gaps. That complete recorded-journey archive is still in development.
Originals remain in your Photos, iCloud Drive or Files. Web exports cannot fetch those files and do not include them silently. A future native media bundle will require you to explicitly select files. Sign in with Apple does not grant iCloud access.
Downloaded current records can be read without a live account session or routing provider. Native offline recording, map downloads and guidance remain in development. Coverage, battery, permissions and force-quitting can affect recording; gaps must stay visible. The browser is not the authoritative background recorder.
The current private pilot focuses on motorcycles in Japan. The initial target field scope adds passenger cars after validation. Garage entries for RVs, trailers or EVs do not prove routing support. The iPhone app is unreleased; iPad capabilities depend on hardware. CarPlay is a separate, conditional iPhone-only milestone.
Google sign-in is available now. Apple, Facebook and Microsoft are planned and will appear once ready. Use the same sign-in account to return to saved records; matching email addresses do not automatically merge accounts.
Tesla and Rivian sign-in are not available. Future support depends on official manufacturer identity programs. You do not need to own either vehicle. Vehicle-data access would require separate permission; signing in does not grant telemetry access.
No. Journey duration does not expire, but external services have bounded usage allowances. Final allowances and exhaustion behavior will be disclosed before checkout. AI proposals, live routing and weather are not publicly enabled. Weather/map licenses may limit retained payloads.
Sales are closed. Applicable taxes, the exact total, service allowances and reviewed cancellation/refund terms will be shown before any purchase is offered. No refund period or automatic charge is promised by this development website. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
The public website is available in English, Japanese and Spanish. The current dashboard has English/Japanese product screens; complete Spanish dashboard/native parity is a release requirement. Use Contact for account, accessibility or language questions.
Hosted access ends and service-data deletion begins under the retention policy. Export first. Service cleanup does not delete original photos or files from your Photos/iCloud/Files. Backups and legally required records may have separate retention periods.
Your downloaded permitted records remain under your control. We intend to provide notice and a bulk-export opportunity where feasible. Hosted access depends on service continuity; licensed live maps and weather are separate from your own records.
