Journey Pilot is operated by emonster inc. This policy describes the web portals in private development.

Account information, vehicle specifications, user-entered trips and service security records are stored in Firebase. Account data is scoped to its owner. The operational database is in Tokyo, Japan; identity and infrastructure providers may process data in other locations.
Personal photos, videos and private document bytes are not accepted by these web portals. They remain in the userβs device and iCloud ecosystem. Do not paste passport, licence or insurance numbers into trip notes or support requests.
We use essential browser storage for sign-in, appearance and language preferences. Optional analytics is disabled. If analytics is introduced, a separate choice and updated disclosure will be provided before optional measurement begins.
Your account settings include export and deletion controls. Sensitive online actions require a recent sign-in. Account deletion removes service records and app references; original Photos and iCloud assets are separate. Backups may retain copies for a limited operational period; backup-expiry verification remains a launch requirement.
Route, AI, payment and other live providers are not enabled unless the corresponding integration is ready. When enabled, necessary selected context may be processed by those providers under disclosed terms. We do not sell personal trip history.
